wow i need more sleep

today at la biomed....

dr. mao was sitting next to me at the computer, showing me how to take bmd measurements. he'd say like, click this, make sure this is straight, twist this, change this, etc....but i was super tired and not really paying attention. and then he was like, "you try one."

so literally what would happen would be...
i click on something......stare at the screen for 20 seconds......kinda drift off into sleep....then do the next thing, half-awake....doze off....fall asleep and then wake up a bit later to do the next thing. just one case study would take like 5,10 minutes. all while he was watching me, and probably thinking there was something wrong with me. as i did things at a glacial pace. man, i need to sleep more. please pray taht i would discipline myself better and go to sleep....just in general.
